My favorite recipe is If I find I'm pressed for time, which is often the case with people, I combine this recipe with overripe bananas and other pantry staples.

It's no surprise that this vegan banana bread is my mouth-watering banana recipe!

#Ingredients


2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 

1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup milk (any kind you prefer, such as almond, soy, or dairy)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Step 2

Now in a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter or oil, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Step 3

 Mix well.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

Step 4

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the milk, until everything is well combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
