Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed

1 cup asparagus, cut into

1 cup carrots, julienned1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Step 1

Put the vegetable oil in another big pan or wok and turn the flame up to medium to high. Add minced garlic and ginger and should take about 1-2minutes before the aroma can be detected from the two.
