Ingredients
2 cans of green beans (drained)
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cups French-fried onions (divided)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix ingredients: Stir the green beans, soup, milk and half of the fried onions in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
3. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the green bean mixture is hot and bubbling.
4. Top with onions: Sprinkle the rest of the fried onions on top and bake for another 5 minutes till golden and crispy.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, and your dish is ready! Serve hot.
Notes
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix green beans, soup, milk and half the onions in 1-1/2- quart baking dish or casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 minutes then stir.
Sprinkle with remaining onions; bake another 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
