Grill the buns for approximately 2-3 minutes depending on the heat of the griller or until the bottom of the buns is golden brown in color.

When the bottoms get crispy, pour a little water as much as the size of a tea spoon into the skillet and place a lid on it.

Continue to steam the buns for another 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is fully cooked and the filling is also hot.

#Notes

Prepare the flour, water, active dry yeast and salt for making the dough or for the bread making process. Mix vegetables with ordinary soy sauce and sesame oil or grated ginger and sliced garlic. Compress dough along the edges, add the filling, fold and bring edges together. This dish was done in the following manner, the bottom of this dish has to be slightly brownish as shown from the following picture before steaming so that the food can be cooked through. Perfect to be consumed when hot and even though taking it with this sauce did not quite make it, the fact remains that it was a food item fit for that description. Enjoy!
