Pav Bhaji is a delicious and easy to make dish. In which it is prepared by cooking mixed vegetables. Bhaji is served with soft pav roasted in butter. Pav bhaji masala gives a unique aroma and taste. Whereas various types of vegetables are beneficial for health. It is a perfect snack to serve at a party. It is made in advance and is liked by everyone. And it is also easy to make.

Material

3 medium potatoes (chopped)
1 cup carrots (chopped) 
1 cup cauliflower (chopped) 
1/2 cup peas 2 onions (chopped) 
1/2 cup capsicum (chopped) 
1/2 cup coriander (chopped) )
1/2 cup spinach (chopped) 
1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped) 
1/2 cup pav bhaji masala 
1 tbsp red chilli powder 
1 tbsp cumin powder 
1 tbsp coriander powder 
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 
1/2 cup butter 
Pav - 6-8 pieces
Salt as per test
1 liter water 

Step 1

Heat butter in a pan, you can also use oil, then add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry till done. 

Step 2

Then add tomatoes and fry them, then add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Add carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, peas, capsicum, green coriander, spinach, and tomatoes to the pan.

Step 4

Mix everything well and add water and let it boil. When the vegetables are cooked, mix them with the spices and cook well.

Step 5

Mix in spices and fry well. Add butter if desired

Step 6

Toast the pav and serve with pav bhaji.

Note:

One of the main principles is that food becomes very tasty by cooking it slowly.
