1 medium tomato, finely chopped

1 small boiled potato, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
1 tablespoon mint-coriander chutney (optional)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Sev or papdi (for garnishing)
Lemon juice (to taste)
Instruction
1. Prepare the Chickpeas: Boil the chickpeas until soft but not mushy. Drain and cool them.
