Pav Bhaji is a tasty and uncomplicated dish. And it is made by cooking mixed vegetables. Bhaji comes with soft pav, roasted in butter. A unique aroma and taste goes for Pav bhaji masala. While different types of vegetables are healthy. Light bite snack to serve at a party. It can be made ahead and everyone loves it. And it is also easy to make.
Material
3 medium potatoes (chopped)
1 cup carrots (chopped)
1 cup cauliflower (chopped)
1/2 cup peas 2 onions (chop)
1/2 cup capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cup coriander (chopped) )
1/2 cup spinach (chopped)
1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup butter
Pav - 6-8 pieces
Salt as per test
1 liter water
Step 1
Either use oil or heat butter in a pan, then add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry till done.
Step 2
Next add chopped tomatoes and Fry them,Now add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix.
Step 3
Add carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, capsicum, green coriander, spinach and tomatoes in the pan.
Step 4
Mix it well and put water and boil it. When the vegetables are done, add them with the spice and well cook.
Step 5
Mix in spices and fry well. Add butter if desired
Step 6
Toast the pav and serve with the pav bhaji.
