200g spaghetti

1 liter water (per 100g of spaghetti)

1 teaspoon salt

1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Steps


Bring Water to a Boil: Fill a drastically big pot with water and allow it to come to a rolling boil. Add salt for extra flavor.

Add the Spaghetti : Add the spaghetti to the boiling water, stirring for a few seconds to keep it from clumping together.

Simmer 15-20 minutes :Check packet for specific cooking time, but generally 8-10 minutes. “Al dente” refers to when bitten, firm the perfect texture.

Drain : Use a colander to drain the water. If you’re preparing a hot dish, skip rinsing the pasta, which makes it stick better to the sauce.
